Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and B&B TRENDS, S.L. (hereinafter the “CONTROLLER”), which may include the following activities:
When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social media channels, USERS will be informed about the purpose of the data collection and their rights regarding their personal data. Personal data will only be used for the stated purposes and will be stored securely.
Legal basis for processing: the explicit consent granted by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Additionally, USERS may access the privacy policies of the respective social network at any time and configure their profile settings to ensure their privacy.

Data retention criteria: personal data will be retained until the USER withdraws the consent granted, as indicated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social media accounts, including personal data, may be published depending on the services used by the USER, and may therefore become publicly available to other users of the social network.
However, no disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned unless it is essential for the development and execution of the processing purposes.

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
The USER may always manage their connections, remove content they are no longer interested in, and restrict with whom they share their connections.
The purpose of social media is to provide visibility and dissemination of the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER.
Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network.
Any publication on the social network, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or may violate morality, ethics, good taste, decency, intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law is expressly prohibited.
Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company’s profiles.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER shall not be responsible for content freely published by the USER.
The USER should be aware that their publications will be visible to other users and that they are therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, although they will remain on the social network.
Users are advised to review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for registration.
Likewise, the CONTROLLER expressly disclaims any liability arising from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or website.
